In the USA we have freedom of speech.  The following is a review about a very bad client experience. 

We have been developing websites for more than 20 years. We recently completed some work for a company called AA Work Gear. This are the most unprofessional individuals, and company I have ever encountered.

They bought an e-com/catalog website from us. After paying the initial deposit, we did our design. From that point on, they were constantly changing what they wanted, changing designs, colors, pictures and everything else. Anything that could be changed, they changed. And changed again.

They, and this is actually pretty funny, they wanted to put “Made on Planet Earth.” in the footer of the website. That should tell you something about them.

We finally completed the site and it was ready to go live – and they wanted to change it again. I said we will, but it will cost more money. If they would pay for the work to date, we’d keep working on it.

Instead, they refused to pay. And to this day, refuse to pay their bill. In fact, they are the first customers in 15 years that have screwed us on an invoice. They are unprofessional as it gets. In fact, they are using some of my copywriting on their new site – scumbags.

I’m sure Fay and her husband will be reading this as I post it all over the Internet. PAY YOUR F’ING BILL!

If you read this, and plan to do business with them either as customers or as a vendor – beware – they don’t pay their bills! 

This is my post on Thumbtack in reaction to their visceral post about my firm:
First I want to apologize for anyone who has to read this trash from this man.

As you will see with ALL of my current and previous clients work, I am a 5 star provider with world class clients and services. Unfortunately, this guy turned out to be a criminal and a thief. Everything he was promised was delivered, and better than he could have ever expected, then he STIFFED me out of the money that was due. So yes, I turned off his site until I was paid. I have never, ever had a problem like this in 30 years in business.

I ask that you discount this shyster as he is the bad seed here, and I am disgusted that he had the guts to post this. Beware of this man and AAWorkGear – they are one of the BAD ones. Thank you.
